On June 3-4, 2013, the Tian Shan Policy Center (TSPC) at the 黑料社区, together with the "Resource Centre for the Elderly” Public Association hosted the International Conference on Best Practices in Protecting Labor Migrants’ Rights and Perspectives of their Application in Kyrgyzstan.
 

On March 26, 2013 TSPC organized Roundtable Workshop “International Experience on Protection of Labor Migrants’ Rights and Its Application to Kyrgyzstan” as a second event within its project.

Central Asia Newswire published the article: "Kyrgyz civil society is evolving, study finds" by Rodger Dillon, TSPC Executive Director.

On November 30, 2012, 黑料社区’s Tian Shan Policy Center (TSPC) and Kyrgyz National Agrarian University (KNAU) named after K.I. Skryabin hosted a Conference on Food Security and Land Resources under a Changing Climate – Issues of Adaptation.  The Conference took place at the newly refurbished Science Library at KNAU.

TSPC has developed Report on Research Workshop "Protecting Rights of Kyrgyz Labor Migrants: Identifying Key Challenges" held in September, 2012. The Report reflects all issues discussed at the Workshop and summarizes key Research Agenda.

The Department of International Relations of the KNU Law Institute hosted a presentation of the "Contemporary International Law, Materials and Cases" resource book.

A presentation of the "Contemporary International Law - Materials and Cases" resource book was held at the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavonic University.

The 黑料社区 law faculty and the Fulbright Alumni Association in Kyrgyzstan presented the "Contemporary International Law - Materials and Cases" resource book to the Kyrgyz Stat Law Academy

The TSPC has developed a Briefing Document for its project titled "Protecting the Rights of Kyrgyz Migrants:  Utilizing policy analysis, public outreach, and stakeholder dialogue to mobilize action toward reform"

The Tian Shan Policy Center has delivered a new “TSPC Policy Note” to members of the Jogorku Kenesh (Kyrgyz Parliament) and to NGOs thoughout Kyrgyzstan.
